- "Customer" refers to any individual or business seeking parcel delivery services through the app.
- "Driver" refers to individuals or businesses registered to offer parcel delivery services.
- "Services" refers to the features, functionality, and offerings provided through the ReturnTruck app.
2. User Registration
- Drivers: Drivers must complete the registration process and pay a yearly subscription fee to access the platform and offer parcel delivery services.
- Customers: Customers can search for drivers, track their location, and contact them for delivery purposes.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. ReturnTruck reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts with false or misleading details.
3. Services and Usage
- Customers can search for drivers based on their traveling location and communicate with them for parcel delivery.
- The app provides a map tracking feature to track drivers movements in real-time.
- Drivers agree to update their traveling location and availability within the app to ensure accurate information for Customers.
- Customers and Drivers are solely responsible for agreeing on parcel delivery details, such as pricing, pickup, and drop-off.
4. Subscription and Fees (For Drivers)
- Drivers must pay a yearly subscription fee to join the platform.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated under applicable laws.
- Failure to renew the subscription will result in the suspension of the Driver's access to the platform.
5. User Responsibilities
- Drivers and Customers must use the app lawfully and ethically.
- You agree to respect all applicable local, state, and national laws when using our services.
- Prohibited Activities Include:
- Sharing false or misleading information.
- Using the app for illegal, unauthorized, or fraudulent purposes.
- Harassing, abusing, or misusing the communication tools provided within the app.
6. Payment Terms
- ReturnTruck does not directly handle payment transactions for parcel delivery between Drivers and Customers. Both parties are responsible for mutually agreeing on payment methods and terms.
- ReturnTruck holds no liability for payment disputes between users.
7. Privacy Policy
By using the app, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
8. Limitation of Liability
ReturnTruck acts as a platform to connect Drivers and Customers. We do not assume liability for:
- Parcel delays, loss, damage, or disputes between Drivers and Customers.
- Misconduct, negligence, or dishonesty of any user.
- Accuracy of traveling locations or map tracking.
You acknowledge that ReturnTruck is not a party to any agreement between Drivers and Customers.
9. Account Termination
ReturnTruck reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for:
- Violation of these Terms.
- Abuse of the platform.
- Non-payment of subscription fees (for Drivers).
10. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, users agree to resolve issues amicably. If disputes cannot be resolved, they will be handled in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction/Country].
